The Olympic Regional Development Authority (ORDA) is a regional authority that oversees Olympic venues and related sports facilities in the Adirondack and Catskill regions. Based in Lake Placid, New York, it operates sites used for winter and summer spectator sports and hosts events that bring athletes and audiences to its venues. Positioned in the spectator sports industry, ORDA serves as a hub for year-round access to Olympic-era facilities and activities in its service area. The organization maintains a mid-sized workforce and collaborates with partners to support its venues and events.

A notable development in its recent history is a 2026 partnership with Mammut Sports Group AG, reflecting a formal collaboration with a sports-brand partner. In 2023, ORDA released an amended Belleayre Unit Management Plan detailing lift projects, lodge expansion, snowmaking reservoir relocation, EV charging infrastructure, and expanded mountain biking trails, underscoring a long-term modernization strategy for its ski operations in the Catskills and Adirondacks.
