Olympic Air is a Greek airline based at Athens International Airport, formed in 2009 through the privatization of Olympic Airlines. In 2013 it merged with Aegean to broaden its network, linking Greek regions and remote islands with broader domestic and regional connectivity. The airline operates mainly from its Athens base with a secondary hub in Rhodes and functions as a subsidiary of Aegean, carrying out flights on behalf of the group within Greece and the Balkans. Its domestic network includes most Public Service Obligation routes, with direct Athens connections to islands such as Zakynthos, Leros, Milos, Naxos, Paros, Kalymnos, Kythira, Ikaria, Skiathos and Karpathos, and routes from Rhodes to destinations including Karpathos, Sitia, Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Astypalea and Kastelorizo. In 2024 Abelo Aviation Management Limited announced the lease of a new ATR72-600 aircraft with Olympic Air.
