Emerging Leaders is a one-year, accelerated leadership development program designed for motivated Ohio University juniors and seniors who aspire to grow as values-driven leaders. Our program focuses on strengthening intrapersonal awareness and professional skill sets while mentoring members to recognize, develop, and apply their unique leadership potential.
