Octopi Brewing in Waunakee, Wisconsin began in 2014 as a beverage co-packer and has since expanded to handle contract production for beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas. The facility supports clients by offering flexible packaging options and the ability to produce beverages in multiple styles and container formats to meet varied needs. In January 2024, Octopi became part of Asahi Beer USA, following its acquisition by Asahi Europe and International.

As the U.S. home to Asahi Super Dry, Octopi brews this beer on site for nationwide distribution, while continuing to serve diverse contract production requirements for other brands. The operation employs a diverse, service-oriented team focused on delivering high-quality beverages. In May 2026, Asahi Beer USA announced a partnership with Square Enix.
