Oberkotter Foundation is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based nonprofit focused on helping families of children who are deaf or hard of hearing access opportunities to develop listening and spoken language. It supports early intervention through high-quality pediatric audiology and listening and spoken language services that are affordable and available near birth or the onset of hearing loss. The aim is to enable these children to reach their full potential by supporting language development and literacy from an early age.

In October 2025, the foundation announced its inaugural Showcase Series event to highlight work advancing opportunities for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
