We have experience lending across the country, and we work with all building types across all neighborhoods. We focus on high-impact projects, such as those in disadvantaged or low-income communities, and we finance a range of technologies, including electrification, solar + storage, EV-charging infrastructure, and efficiency measures.

NYCEEC’s loans help communities invest in energy efficiency and clean energy to save money, reduce energy consumption, and build healthy communities.
