The NYC Employment and Training Coalition (NYCETC) is a New York–based nonprofit association dedicated to workforce development. It represents a network of community-based organizations, educational institutions, and labor unions that collectively provide job training and employment services to a broad cross-section of New Yorkers, including welfare recipients, unemployed workers, low-wage workers, at-risk youth, the formerly incarcerated, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities.
