Strategic Growth NXL operates within the Kleinfelder family, signaling potential cross-sell opportunities across engineering design, construction management, materials inspection/testing, and environmental services to expand project scopes and win larger bids.

Federal Expansion Recent leadership appointments and contracts with Navy NAVFAC Pacific, plus a new national federal market manager, indicate growing opportunities in federal projects that align with NXL’s transportation, surveying, and construction management capabilities.

Geographic Footprint Expansion of New Jersey offices and consolidation of operations suggest a ramp in local project activity; target nearby state and regional infrastructure programs, transportation corridors, and public works with NXL’s Mid-Atlantic expertise.

Tech-Enabled Delivery A broad tech stack including Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, and Adobe Experience Cloud points to a mature digital backbone; leverage for enterprise-grade program management, data analytics, and client portals to win competitive bids.

Diversified Services Capability breadth in construction management, materials testing, environmental services, and coastal/aviation-related programs positions NXL to pursue multi-discipline contracts and bundled proposals with prime firms in the architecture and engineering space.
