NUBOON CO, LTD,  was established in 1992 , with the objective of producing and distributing fruit and vegetable juices and beverages for both the domestic and the international market.

In 1993, the company started producing fruit juice products as well as canned tea and coffee products under the “FREEZE” brand. Moreover, the company was the first in Thailand to produce bottled 100% fresh squeezed Tangerine orange juice under the SMILE brand.

In 1996, the company increased expand production capacity to meet the demand from customers and the changes in the market.

In 1997, because of the variety of products and production capabilities, the company started as an OEM business (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in order to support the demand from customers both domestic and international.

The company also initiated the HACCP (HAZARD ANALYSIS & CRITICAL CONTROL POINT) for assessing and controlling potential hazards in food products. In addition to being internationally accepted, this standard can also be utilized well in evaluating food safety.

Furthermore, the ISO 9001:2000 standard has also been implemented, which is a regulation for international quality management systems to ensure consistent, standardized products.
