NovaLogic was a United States–based game developer operating in the computer games industry. As a small studio, it released titles including the Delta Force franchise during the late 1990s and 2000s. In 2016 the company's assets were acquired by THQ Nordic, and the Delta Force rights were subsequently transferred to Tencent. 

The Delta Force portfolio formed a central part of its output, and there were plans for a new entry called Delta Force Angel Falls, which did not materialize after the acquisition. Over the following years, NovaLogic's assets circulated among larger industry players, reflecting broader consolidation in the rights to its games.
