Scale opportunities Target districts and state partners in Oregon with a combined reach across Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties to offer expanded special education services, instructional support, and technology integration leveraging NWRESD’s established network.

Technology stack Leverage NWRESD’s existing tech footprint (Google Workspace, AWS, iCIMS, Zoom, Squarespace/Weebly) to propose integrated edtech solutions, data analytics, and streamlined communication platforms for 20 member districts.

Migrant and inclusive programs Explore partnerships around Migrant Education and culturally relevant food and community programs (as evidenced by Bounty Box initiatives) to deliver wraparound services, family outreach tools, and scalable program management software.

Financial scale Position offerings that align with a large budget footprint (revenue in the hundreds of millions) by proposing enterprise-grade services, professional development, and compliance-driven solutions for multiple school districts under NWRESD.

Leadership network Engage with senior district leadership and superintendents (e.g., Dan Goldman background) to source strategic partnerships, pilot programs, and long-term contracts across the Northwest region.
