The Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® (NEFAR) is a regional trade association for real estate professionals based in Jacksonville, Florida. It operates from its headquarters, The Resource Center, and maintains four additional service centers in Orange Park, Jacksonville Beach, Palatka, and World Golf Village. NEFAR serves more than 10,000 REALTORS® and business partner members across Duval, Clay, Putnam, and St. Johns counties, and it owns the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS), which provides online property search using data contributed by members, along with education offerings spanning continuing education, post-licensing credits, and designation courses.

The organization positions itself as the largest professional/trade association in northeast Florida within the real estate industry. A notable local initiative in 2022 was a partnership with Builders Care to construct a wheelchair ramp for a southside family, reflecting community involvement beyond its core services.
