Welcome to the Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN), your regional community-based organization dedicated to planning and coordinating HIV/AIDS services in Northeast Florida. This includes the vibrant counties of Duval, Clay, St. John's, Baker, and Nassau. At NFAN, our mission is to provide compassionate leadership, services, and advocacy in meeting the prevention, health, spiritual, and social needs of individuals, families, and communities. NFAN is deeply committed to this mission and stands ready to serve the community, providing reassurance and support in times of need. Our three goals are to: Prevent the spread of HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. Care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families. Advocate on behalf of consumers of HIV/AIDS services. NFAN provides the following services: HIV Prevention and Education HIV Counseling, Case Management, Latino Outreach, Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry, Positive Nutrition Program, Advocacy, Housing Assistance, Insurance Assistance (including premiums and co-pays), Specialty Pharmacy Partnership, Support Groups, Volunteer Opportunities and Internships.
