Community Impact North Branch Works is a long-standing civic and economic development nonprofit serving over 700 local businesses across multiple corridors near Chicago, with a focus on sustainable growth and workforce development. This presents opportunities to position services around workforce training, small business grants, and green infrastructure initiatives to support local job creation.

Strategic Partnerships Active collaboration with city agencies, chambers, and neighborhood associations (e.g., North River Commission, Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, Avondale Neighborhood Association) indicates readiness to co-host events, pilot programs, or bundled offerings with partner networks to expand reach and credibility.

Energy & Efficiency Recent partnerships focused on energy cost savings and incentives (Extra Electric LED, ComEd incentives) demonstrate openness to energy efficiency initiatives. There is a clear avenue to offer energy audits, LED retrofit programs, and financing solutions to local businesses seeking lower operating costs.
