Nexstep is a 26-year-old privately held business, based in Highland Heights, Ohio. Our legal name is Nexstep Healthcare, LLC (also doing business as Nexstep Education Services, and Nexstep Staffing Options). 

Most organizations are good at hiring qualified people, but not at hiring people who will actually do the job they way they need it done. We help them define success, the way they need things done, and hire for it. We call that "hiring for alignment."

So, through our services -- staffing, recruiting, search, coaching tools, and alignment tools -- we help organizations hire for alignment and maintain it.
