New Horizons Regional Education Centers is a mid-sized organization based in Hampton, Virginia, operating in the field of education administration programs. It is the largest of Virginia’s nine regional centers and serves about 2,700 learners annually, including 1,500 public school students and 1,200 adult learners. The center focuses on providing educational and workforce development paths, including apprenticeship and adult training initiatives.

Through partnerships with industry and education providers, it extends opportunities for students and jobseekers to pursue prepared pathways into apprenticeships. A notable development in recent years includes a collaboration with Huntington Ingalls Industries' Newport News Shipbuilding Apprentice School to launch a Youth Builders pre-apprenticeship program aimed at improving high school students’ readiness for NNS-registered apprenticeships.
