New Dawn Energy, LLC, is a privately owned, Texas based, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company formed in April 2015.
New Dawn Energy was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas operated and non-operated assets in major basins in the US. The initial efforts of the company are focused on the acquisition of non-operated oil and gas assets.

The company is interested in quality on-shore, non-operated oil and gas producing assets, in any of the Lower 48 States, with relatively new wells, low lifting costs, high rates, reputable and active operator, of assets that still being developed. Conventional as well as non-conventional reservoirs with active commercial drilling are considered.
