Established in 2009, New Care Projects is a development-led care home operator providing ‘New Generation’ care facilities. From the initial concept and design of the building, through to construction, recruitment and care delivery, New Care carefully considers every last detail of each care facility that it creates and the high level of service that it is able to offer.

The health, well-being and happiness of our residents is always our number one priority. Providing a home-from-home experience in surroundings that provide the highest levels of comfort, our care homes are a safe environment that offer a warm welcome whilst our dedicated team provide professional, person-centred, friendly and compassionate care.

It is our vision that the care homes we design and build complement the exceptional care delivery provided by New Care; with the aim of significantly raising the standard of care across the UK. We assume a progressive approach to the provision of care homes, with each care facility expertly designed by architects and clinical staff, then purpose-built by an award-winning construction team.

Clinically proficient and working in conjunction with the CQC, addressing all requirements of current legislation and care standards, our care homes are well thought out to provide the highest standards of safety, comfort and care.

Each care home features a high specification and is decorated by an interior designer creating stylish yet comfortable and practical spaces. Ultimately, we want our residents to feel proud of their home; happy to invite family and friends to visit, all the while receiving the very best care with respect and dignity.
