Neuromorphometrics is building an ever-improving quantitative model of the structure of the living human brain. We make precise measurements of neuroanatomy in many individual MRI brain scans and combine these into a probabilistic atlas. As part of a research system or medical device for brain stimulation or sensing, this atlas identifies and locates anatomy to improve existing diagnoses and treatments, and enable new possibilities. We provide data for: Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRs), Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation (tDCS), Electroencephalography (EEG), Magnetoencephalography (MEG), High-intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Transcranial Focused Ultrasound (tFUS), Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), Radiology Systems, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), Cranial electrotherapy stimulation (CES), Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD), Volumetric MRI, Quantitative Neuroanatomy, and Automatic Segmentation. Our data can be used for training deep learning neural networks.
