National Capital Companies, LLC, established in 1986 by professionals formerly with Deloitte, operates its advisory business through its subsidiary NC Securities, LLC. Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, the firm offers investment banking guidance to a mix of clients, including lower middle market companies pursuing buy- or sell-side M&A advisory and shareholders seeking partial liquidity through non-control buyouts and tax-advantaged ESOPs. It also works with high-growth companies seeking expansion capital for IP-driven differentiators and with real estate owners aiming to secure institutional equity for development, purchases, or recapitalization of assets.

With more than three decades in operation, NCC has completed hundreds of transactions totaling over a billion dollars in value and maintains specialized knowledge across sectors such as cyber-security, cloud computing, SaaS, intel services, secure mobility, and healthcare information assurance. The firm also provides institutional preferred equity for real estate developers, owners, and general partners pursuing new funding for development projects or recapitalization of stabilized or distressed assets, addressing a niche not served by traditional lenders. Its industry focus encompasses aerospace/defense and government services, telecommunications, information technology, cyber security, and cloud computing.
