MyCareerTraget, LLC is based in Ellicott City, Maryland, and operates in the professional training and coaching sector. It is a locally managed outgrowth of Success Behavior Institute, LLC (SBI), a consulting firm established in 1987 by Dr. Percy W. Thomas that focused on organizational development, leadership training, and success motivation.

The company assists individuals in planning and developing successful careers by applying established behavioral science theories to career development training and services that help document lived experiences. By recognizing the value of lived experiences, the organization aims to help people build on their strengths to demonstrate new skills and competencies for academic credit or employment. It also addresses the needs of recent high school or college graduates facing job-market hurdles by teaching them how to present themselves to employers and advocate for themselves in the marketplace.
