The Museum of Tolerance (MOT) operates as the educational arm of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, an international Jewish human rights organization, and is based in Los Angeles, California. Established in 1993, MOT seeks to illuminate the Holocaust in both historical and contemporary contexts and to address prejudice and discrimination in society today. It offers interactive exhibits, special events, and tailored programs for youths and adults designed to engage visitors and encourage personal responsibility for positive change. The institution has welcomed more than five million visitors, with a primary focus on middle and high school students. In April 2025, MOT participated in an Interfaith Passover Seder organized by the Jewish Federation Los Angeles, reflecting collaboration with community partners on interfaith initiatives.
