The Museum of Discovery, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, operates in the museums and science education sector. Its mission is to spark interest in science, technology and math through an interactive, hands-on environment. Following a major renovation, the museum reopened in January 2012 with expanded space and three new galleries. The galleries Earth Journeys, Amazing You, and Discovery Hall offer experiences that connect global earth processes, human biology and healthy living, and physical sciences to visitors of all ages. The museum serves a broad audience, including families and students, by providing educational, inquiry-based experiences. In September 2025, Steven Schnell was appointed as executive director.
