Murdock Solon Architects is a NYC architecture firm focused on both residential and commercial projects, ranging from gallery design to Fifth Avenue renovations. 

Our firm is comprised of highly motivated design professionals who are committed to contributing to the diverse fabric of New York City with thoughtful approaches to the built environment. All projects are taken on with a rigorous method of research to determine what the best possible solution is for a specific situation and executed with a strong work ethic that is apparent in the end result.

We are particularly interested in the socio-economic aspects of architecture and urban development and welcome the opportunity to produce research on specific neighborhoods or regions, housing studies, and the development of building typologies.

We have worked with various research institutions to produce monographs and research related to urban development and housing, including the Center for the Analysis of Social Exclusion at the London School of Economics and the Max Locke Center at the University of Westminster in the UK. Past clients include the City Government of London and the municipal government of Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
