Serving Florida since 1951, Munyan Painting and Restoration specializes in painting, waterproofing, repair, and engineering consultation on condominiums, townhomes and commercial structures. We are certified installers for some of the industry's heaviest hitters, including Sherwin-Williams, BASF, Behr, Scott Paint, and Porter Paints Group (PPG). Having cut our teeth during Florida summer downpours, we understand the importance of waterproofing building exteriors. We now specialize in waterproof membranes on walkways and balconies, as well as the newer high-performance wall coatings which keep water out but still allow the building to breathe. Caulking replacement, pressure cleaning, and roof coatings, we can do it all. Our restoration division handles wood framing, stucco, and concrete-rebar repairs.
