Public Power Network MEUW represents 81 community owned electric utilities in Wisconsin, offering opportunities to sell services to multiple member utilities through the association’s advocacy, safety training, and member support programs.

Safety & Training Recent hires in safety and training roles and the ongoing The Power of One customer service initiative indicate a priority on workforce development and safety compliance, suggesting opportunities to offer training platforms, safety auditing, or e-learning solutions.

Policy & Advocacy MEUW collaborates with legal partners and monitors regulatory developments; potential demand exists for regulatory tracking tools, policy monitoring services, and government affairs analytics for member utilities.

Technology Stack With emphasis on standard enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, ASP.NET, Nginx, jQuery) and web presence, there may be demand for IT modernization, cybersecurity services, cloud productivity enhancements, and web/application modernization consulting.

Growth & Education Active partnerships with technical colleges and four-year programs point to a pipeline for workforce development offerings, higher-ed credential programs, and talent recruitment solutions tailored to public power utilities.
