Morris Property Group is a Canberra-based real estate company with a four-decade history spanning property investment, asset management, development, and construction. Established in 1978, it started by acquiring investment properties in Canberra that were used for hospitality and retail during the 1980s, before redeveloping holdings and pursuing new sites across the ACT, NSW, and Queensland. An in-house construction team was added in 2010, with building licenses in ACT, NSW, and Queensland, supporting coordinated project delivery across its portfolio.

The group owns commercial office space in Canberra and Brisbane and seeks to generate a stable income base from its investments to balance the volatility of development activity. In 2025, it announced a partnership with Glascott Landscape and Civil to help shape Canberra's urban spaces, illustrating ongoing collaboration with specialist partners.
