Mitchell & Associates, Inc., began in 1946 as R.F. Mitchell and Son in 1946, a full service real estate company. In 1979, it transitioned to a real estate appraisal company. The firm has grown to be the largest appraisal company in Nebraska.

We offer appraisal and consulting services for a wide variety of residential and commercial properties including estate residences, subdivisions, hotels, apartment complexes, and special use properties such as churches, an abandoned air force base, and a cemetery. We have assisted clients for many purposes including mortgage, partnership or marriage dissolution, property tax appeal, condemnation, and estate planning and settlement.
