Missouri KidsFirst is a Missouri-based nonprofit established in 2005 by the executive directors of fifteen regional Child Advocacy Centers to serve as the statewide association for Missouri’s CACs. It coordinates funding for CACs, provides training and technical assistance to child protection professionals, and supports public policy related to child protection. In 2007–2008, the organization broadened its mission to include child abuse prevention and today serves as the Missouri chapter of Prevent Child Abuse America.

With a focus on advocacy, training, and community leadership, Missouri KidsFirst works to prevent child abuse and to bolster multidisciplinary teams involved in child protection. A recent development highlights its collaboration with Bolivar High School to offer a free community-wide Stewards of Children training, illustrating its engagement with local partners in education and prevention.
