Mindfulness Without Borders is a small nonprofit based in Toronto, Ontario, focused on education administration programs. It brings mindfulness and social-emotional learning to youth and the adults who surround them, addressing core competencies and practices that relate to social, economic, and environmental challenges. Through professional training and youth-centered activities, the organization aims to foster emotional development, critical thinking, resilience, and well-being.

For youth, the Mindfulness Ambassador Council provides a forum for dialogue on strategies for success in school and life, supported by a 12-lesson, research-based curriculum that builds resilience, goal setting, resistance to negative peer pressure, attention, and social contribution. For adults, MWB offers professional development for educators, parents, and professionals that integrates mindfulness with social-emotional intelligence to improve well-being, regulate emotions and behavior, reduce reactivity, and manage stress in work and personal settings. The organization also provides online training to reach a global audience, with Level One teaching skills to identify emotions and manage stress and Level Two outlining techniques to implement the Mindfulness Ambassador Council in schools, classrooms, and workplaces; in 2018 MWB partnered with Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care to offer two specialized programs on mindfulness and social-emotional learning.
