Million Architecture was founded on the principle that value can be best attained through the team approach method of project delivery.  When we say “value” we are referring not only to the financial gains that can be realized through a project process that flows seamlessly from it’s inception, design, detailing, construction, and occupancy, but for the “value” of the experience of the individuals that participate in the project process and gains that come from that endeavor.

At Million Architecture, we look at the project team as a three legged stool.  It consists of the Owner, the Constructor, and the Designer.  Only when project decisions are made, based upon the shared knowledge of all three of these entities, can the greatest value be attained in the overall project experience.  Our experience across multiple markets and with multiple construction entities allows us to bring value to every project that we approach.  When the project is considered without any one of these, then value is lost, both in the sense of financial value and to the project experience for all parties.

Million Architecture’s market is in working with Owners and Developers that embrace the team method for project delivery.  We consider ourselves a design services firm, in that we provide Owners with our design abilities for the purpose of nurturing and developing the fullest potential of each project.  Through this team approach the Owner can express their desires and expectations for a project, as it is developed and presented in a comprehensive manner for their consideration.  Through this approach, a level of trust is established and the Owner recognizes the value of all parties involved.
