Midwest Growth Partners (MGP) was founded in 2013 and is a private equity fund manager, responsible for more than $510 million of capital across four vehicles. MGP seeks to make succession planning liquidity or growth capital investments in established companies in the food & agriculture, manufacturing, distribution, and business services industries. 

•As a lower middle market fund, we make individual equity and subordinated debt investments ranging in size from $500,000 to $20,000,000 depending on the structure of the transaction and nature of the investment. Midwest Growth Partners also seeks to co-invest on larger opportunities. 
•Investments could represent an outright acquisition, majority growth capital, minority growth capital, partial or full management team buyouts or an internal recapitalization. 
•Prospective companies will have annual revenues ranging from $4,000,000 to $200,000,000.
