Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS) is a two-state, multitype library consortium based in Lansing, Michigan. It was formed in 2010 through the merger of the Michigan Library Consortium and the Indiana Cooperative Library Services Authority (INCOLSA), with member libraries in Michigan and Indiana in focus. The organization offers a broad range of services to its members, including licensing of electronic resources, training, and hosting and support for library systems. Its legacy organizations have supported libraries since 1974. Recent collaborations demonstrate its cross-state reach, including a 2024 partnership with WiLS Ideas to bring an early learning program to Wisconsin libraries.
