Arc of Meriden-Wallingford, Inc. was organized in 1952 by parents of children with developmental disabilities.  Today the Arc is a comprehensive, full-service, community-based  agency.  The Arc is a preferred agency in the field of human services; well known for its flexibility, advocacy, promoting choice, and self-determination.  Our commitment to provide high levels of service for people with disabilities, alternative options in programs, and highly experienced leadership is recognized within our community and surrounding towns.  

MidState Arc has created the Assistive Technology Training Center to ensure people with barrier issues can live, work and play independently
