Midasco, LLC is a transportation-focused construction firm delivering reinforcing steel installation along with the furnishing and installation of highway signs, roadway lighting, and traffic signals. The company originated in 1982 as Mid-Atlantic Steel Contractors, a woman-owned business serving Maryland and Virginia, and over time expanded into ITS work, tolling infrastructure, and broader utilities, rail, and airport projects. In 2006 it rebranded as Midasco, LLC and began operating without its MBE designation, while expanding geographically to Georgia and North Carolina.

In 2011, Midasco became part of ACS, Actividades de Construcción y Servicios, the Spanish construction group, and has continued to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary while broadening its service footprint. The company maintains offices in Maryland, Virginia, Florida and Texas. In November 2012, Midasco was awarded a project by the City of Alexandria, Virginia to update its ITS system.
