Mid-Region Council of Governments is a regional planning consortium in central New Mexico that brings together local and tribal governments and public/private partnerships to address regional challenges. Based in Albuquerque, it represents four counties and coordinates planning across transportation, water, land use, agriculture, workforce development, employment growth, and economic development.

MRCOG provides a forum for member communities to collaborate on regional issues and to identify short- and long-term policy decisions. Transportation planning is organized through separate programs for rural areas and the urban core, while regional data collection and analysis support planning efforts across the region. It also oversees the NM Rail Runner Express and directs initiatives in water planning, farmland preservation through the Agriculture Collaborative, and workforce services via Workforce Connection of Central New Mexico to aid both employers and job seekers. In 2021 MRCOG partnered with the Keshet Dance Company to establish the Keshet Ideas and Innovation Community.
