Global Expansion MG Tech operates across France and Canada with recent North American office expansion in Montreal, presenting a clear opportunity to upsell cross-border packaging solutions and after-sales support to a growing international client base.

Strategic Partnership Partnership with Premier Tech Systems and Automation positions MG Tech as part of a broader, integrated packaging solution. This creates a chance to align sales efforts on turnkey projects, offering end-to-end lines and combined service bundles.

Small Revenue Path Current revenue is under one million, indicating a high-growth, potentially high-margin opportunity for scalable packaging lines, after-market services, and modernization projects for mid-market manufacturers.

End-of-Line Expertise MG Tech specializes in complete packaging lines including over-packaging, cartoning, case forming, packing, and palletizing, suggesting opportunities to upsell integrated robotics, controls modernization, and performance-enhancing retrofits for existing lines.

Industry Focus With a clear emphasis on packaging automation and industrial performance, there is potential to expand into adjacent sectors requiring end-of-line automation, such as consumer goods, food and beverage, and pharmaceuticals, leveraging their project management and robotics expertise.
