Merkos 302, headquartered in Brooklyn, New York, serves as an umbrella organization coordinating support for the Chabad Lubavitch global network of about 4,000 centers and assisting in the launch of new ones. It provides a suite of programs aimed at education, community engagement, and operational support for shluchim and their communities. Notable offerings include Beis Hamedrash l’Shluchim, which provides online lectures and live farbrengens for shluchim worldwide; CKids and CTeen, which offer programs for children and Jewish teenagers; and JNet, a network that connects learners with study partners for one-on-one Torah study.

The organization also administers financial assistance through Keren HaShluchim, training through Machon l'Shlichus, and a roving Rabbis program via Merkos Shlichus, among other initiatives. A recent development is the January 2025 launch of the Chabad Lending Libraries Network, expanding access to library resources for shluchim.
