Regional leadership Merit Insulation is the largest and most experienced mechanical insulation company in New Mexico with a 30-year track record, offering a solid foundation for expanding services across the Southwest.

Energy efficiency focus The company emphasizes energy savings, energy efficiencies, and greenhouse gas reduction, presenting opportunities to upsell higher performance insulation solutions for new builds and retrofits in commercial facilities.

Comprehensive scope Capabilities span thermal, acoustical, and safety requirements for mechanical systems including pipes, ducts, equipment, exhausts, and HVAC, enabling cross-sell across multiple building systems and ongoing project engagements.

SMB to mid-market With a lean team (2-10 employees) and revenue in the 1–10 million range, there is potential for scalable partnerships, subcontracting opportunities, and co-selling with larger regional contractors.

Tech-enabled growth Existing tech stack (Wix, Google Cloud, React) suggests openness to digital workflows and online project discovery; there is potential to improve lead capture, estimates, and customer onboarding to accelerate sales cycles.
