The Mental Health Association of Alameda County is a mid-sized nonprofit in the mental health care sector, based in Oakland, California. Founded in 1958, it is governed by a Board of Directors and staffed by trauma-informed professionals who support individuals with mental health conditions and their family caregivers. 

Its programs provide free support, education, and mental health resources to family caregivers, serving more than 24,000 people each year. Services include helping patients in inpatient facilities represent themselves at hearings, assisting families with filing complaints or grievances, and pairing families with peers who have navigated challenges related to children's behavioral or emotional conditions. It also runs workshops for African American families to discuss and cope with mental health conditions and substance use. In April 2025, executive director Bruce Blair departed the organization.
