Sweetwater Memorial is a non-profit, 99-bed, regional acute-care facility in southwestern Wyoming. The hospital has about 550 employees, making it the sixth-largest employer in Sweetwater County. 

More than 40 employed physicians and providers offer care through more than a dozen Specialty Clinics, including  ENT/Otolaryngology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Neurology, Nephrology, Obstetrics and Women’s Health, Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Urology, and Pulmonology, along with a Walk-In Clinic. The hospital's Sweetwater Regional Cancer Center is an affiliate partner of the U of U Health’s Huntsman Cancer Institute.

The hospital's services include Medical Imaging, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiopulmonary, Diabetes Education, Dialysis, Emergency Care, Intensive Care, Laboratory Services, a Medical and Surgical Unit, Nutrition Therapy, Rehabilitation, and a Sleep Disorder Center. Through its affiliation with University of Utah Health, dermatology, cardiology, vascular and maternal-fetal medicine services are offered.
