Founded in 2002, MBS is a wholly owned subsidiary of EII CAPITAL (Emaar Industries & Investments (PVT) JSC) and is one of the largest manufacturers of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB) and sandwich panels in the world. MBS is specialized in the design, manufacture, and supply of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB), using internationally recognized engineering software and the most advanced production machinery in the PEB industry.
 
MBS has an annual production capacity of 150,000MT of steel buildings and 1,800,000m² of sandwich panels (consisting of PUR and PIR as core insulation) which allow the production facility to handle large fast track jobs in the shortest time period.
 
Since establishment MBS has supplied more than 60,000 buildings to more than 100 countries worldwide (GCC, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Europe, Indo Pacific, and Central America).
