Acquisition Target McCoy Landscape Services was acquired by Schill Landscaping in 2020, indicating potential integration opportunities, legacy client transitions, and cross-sell of services to a larger, combined customer base.

Contracting Scale With revenue under $1M and a lean workforce of 11-50 employees, there is upside potential through scalable service lines, and partnerships with larger contractors seeking regional subcontractors or specialized landscape design and installation capabilities.

Design expertise Strong emphasis on landscape design, installation, and certifications (Ohio Certified Landscape Installer, Master Gardener, Nationally Certified Landscape Professional) suggests opportunities to upsell high-value design-build projects and maintenance contracts to homeowners and developers.

Market Position Historically a Central Ohio player with growth to a million-dollar year in 1996, there is room to leverage local reputation for winning multi-site commercial or residential development projects and to expand into adjacent markets via partnerships.

Technology Lean Current tech stack includes content and web tools but limited client-facing automation; there is an opportunity to deploy modern CRM and project management, lead gen landing pages, and data analytics to improve lead capture and conversion, especially in collaboration with parent/partner firms.
