MAVEN Project is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We leverage telehealth technology and a dedicated corps of expert physician volunteers to help eliminate barriers to high-quality, specialty care among diverse and underserved populations. We partner with free and charitable clinics and federally qualified health centers to connect frontline providers with our network of volunteers for ongoing medical consultations, education and 1:1 mentoring. This holistic approach has an immediate and lasting impact. By empowering primary care providers with the knowledge and confidence to treat complex patients in their medical home, patients avoid long wait times, travel and costs often associated with specialist referrals, while providers feel supported, and knowledge gained is applied to future patients.
