Based in Boston, Massachusetts, the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is a nonprofit statewide association that represents 52 community health center networks. Collectively, these centers serve more than one million residents across Massachusetts through more than 300 sites. The League, a mid-sized nonprofit, functions as an information resource for policymakers, opinion leaders, and the media and provides a broad suite of technical assistance to its member centers and their communities. 
Its work spans policy analysis on state and federal health regulations, plus training for health center administrators, clinicians and board members, and efforts to support clinical quality initiatives, workforce development, and IT capacity. In August 2025, the League announced a partnership with Upstream USA, Inc.
