Maslow’s is a collection of thoughtfully designed members’ houses that blend work, wellbeing, and hospitality under one roof. Inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, our spaces support both professional ambition and personal fulfilment, offering private offices, shared workspaces, fitness studios, curated meeting rooms and event spaces, rooftop bars, restaurants, and cultural programming.

Our houses are unlike traditional offices or impersonal co-working spaces. They are warm, tactile environments where productivity and wellbeing coexist in a familiar, relaxed setting. 

Our two London houses are set within historic buldings in Fitzrovia and Soho.

**1 Warwick, Soho | Established 2023.** 

Across 6 floors, our Soho members’ house features communal workspace and private studies for businesses of all sizes, alongside members' lounges, bars and restaurants including *Nessa* and *Yasmin*, and a fully equipped gym with studio.

**Mortimer House, Fitzrovia |  Established 2017**

Set over seven floors of an Art Deco building, Mortimer House features beautifully designed member workspaces, meeting rooms, event space, lounges, all-day restaurant Mortimer House Kitchen, a rooftop bar, gym and a member events program.
