MarketPlace Development's current projects include the 183,000 square foot retail development at Philadelphia International Airport, the 59,000 square foot retail redevelopment of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport, the 91,000 square foot retail program at Dulles International Airport, and the 66,000 square foot retail program at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. MarketPlace has also been responsible for concessions management and leasing services for the Port of Seattle at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, development management for the food and beverage program in the New International Terminal at San Francisco International Airport, planning and management at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, and strategic planning for retail redevelopment at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
