The Marcus Graham Project is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) workforce development nonprofit focused on cultivating diverse talent for careers in creative, media, and marketing. Founded in 2007 and incorporated in 2009, the organization uses its iCR8® methodology to train Fellows through real-brand work under authentic conditions, aiming to move participants into roles at brands, agencies, and independent studios where they can lead and influence work. With a track record of training over a thousand fellows across more than a dozen U.S. markets, MGP positions itself within the advertising services arena as a pipeline builder that addresses gaps in representation and opportunity in the industry. Its permanent home, Gamma House in South Dallas, serves as a base for its program activities, and the organization has garnered attention in outlets such as Forbes. Recent collaborations include partnerships with industry and brand entities to support program expansion and opportunities for fellows.
