Manz is a mid-sized group in the wellness and fitness services sector, founded in 1991 with a holistic approach that ties fitness to culture, entertainment and quality products. Based in the Lisbon region of Portugal, the company has expanded beyond its original focus into several complementary business lines. Its MANZ FITNESS division is the official representative of the LES MILLS system in Portugal, offering group-class programs and opportunities for fitness professionals and their businesses to grow. 
 
 Through MANZ EVENTS, the group organizes large-scale initiatives, including the PORTUGALFIT fitness convention in Europe as well as events such as LES MILLS EXPERIENCE, PERFORMANCE MANZ GAMES and IBERANIME. MANZ TRAINING provides education for students and practitioners of physical exercise, structured into postgraduate courses, intensive training, customized programs and technological specialization, with some postgraduate offerings delivered in partnership with Lusófona University. The group’s diversification also spans ManzWine, a wine label rooted in Cheleiros with the Dona Fátima variety, recognized by Julia Harding in the list of the 50 Great Portuguese Wines, and O'SUS, a brand focused on designing and selling surfboards.
