In August 2000, Sinatec and Whatdevice joined the group, with Sinatec focusing on ERP and CRM applications and Whatdevice on online mobile phone sales. MPSB later aligned with the electronic payment solutions space and was awarded MSC status in 2001; in 2006 Sinatec was demerged to pursue loyalty management, while the remaining group continued to expand its payment focused activities.
